Double Rainbow Farm & Therapeutic Recreational Riding Facility Inc. offers the highest standards of therapeutic and recreational activities for persons of all ages and needs.  Since 2006, we have provided superior service to our clients and their families and have assisted them in achieving their goals/dreams.  Our staff and volunteers combined passion to dedication and commitment to excellence have earned us the reputation as the best equine-assisted therapeutic riding facility in the area.

The Founders of Double Rainbow Farm

 

Milton L. Wallace:

 

    Program Directory/Equine Management:  Milton has been working with horses for most of his life.  He is experienced in training horses and teaching riding skills.  Milton performs most of the equine management tasks.  He is also responsible for overseeing all of the training of our instructors and volunteers.  Milton is currently acquiring his NARHA training for certification.

 

David C. Oberg:

 

    Executive Director:  David is responsible for most of the business management tasks.  His background includes 16 years working in the mental health field, currently working for the Commonwealth of PA.  From 1989 - 1995 David served as a volunteer in the various capacities of President/Building Manger/Advertising Director of another nonprofit organization.  He possesses a wide variety of skills in facility & equipment maintenance management.
